My first blog!!! Finally

I finally talked to Tammy and found out how to write something on our blog. Then school was cancelled today because of the big snow storm we had so I will have the time to write. We are suppose to get more snow tonight and tomorrow so we may have another day off. We have about 6-8 inches of snow and the road department doesn't have the quipment to do much cleaning up. Madison just called and said that Candace Nielson had called and said there was a sled riding party at the hill. The Riners want to come but they don't know if they can get up the hill to our house. Saturday night after the ball game it was raining ice and they got stuck on a smaller hill to their house and had to have someone come in a pickup and pull them out. I want them to have the fun of sledding but I don't like the idea of them being on slick roads. She said that Janae's boss came and picked her up today for work and will let her bring a 4-wheel drive vehicle home. Okay you Idaho and Utah people are just laughing, but we don't see snow like this.

I am still without a floor in my kitchen and bathroom. The furniture from the kitchen and frontroom are stacked in one corner of the frontroom. At least there is not a lot of housework I can do, so I have resorted to cleaning drawers and closets. Hopefully this week we can start getting our lives back together. It has been three weeks now and I am ready for something to happen. I just keep thinking how long it took us to get into this house in the first place.

Everyone should be getting a letter from me telling some information about the summer family reunion. If you have any comments let me know. I don't want to plan this thing by myself. I want some input from everyone.
